Setting up your account

To get started with hi4.in:

  1. Visit the Sign Up page
  2. Enter your email address and create a secure password
  3. Verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email
  4. Complete your profile information (optional)
  5. Start creating short links!

Your dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your link activity:

  • Quick Stats: View total clicks, active links, and recent activity at a glance
  • Recent Links: See your most recently created links

Understanding analytics data

Our analytics provide detailed insights into your link performance:

  • Click Count: Total number of times your link was clicked
  • Unique Visitors: Number of distinct users who clicked
  • Click Timeline: See when clicks occurred over time
  • Referrers: Learn where your traffic is coming from

Geographic tracking

Exporting analytics data

Canceling your subscription

Analytics not updating

  • Refresh the page: Sometimes a simple refresh resolves display issues
  • Check the time range: Ensure you're viewing the correct date range
  • Wait a few minutes: Analytics processing can take 1-2 minutes
  • Clear browser cache: Stale data might be cached
  • If data is still missing after 5 minutes, contact support

API errors
